1. The service
Vibe Launch Check is a manual beta service for reviewing AI-built, vibe-coded, or small founder-built apps before launch. The output is a practical report with observations, evidence, prioritized blockers, fix prompts, and retest suggestions.
2. What this is not
The service is not a full penetration test, legal compliance audit, security certification, financial advice, or guarantee that an app is secure, lawful, profitable, or production-ready.
3. Your authorization
You may only submit apps, domains, repositories, accounts, and flows that you own or are authorized to test. Do not ask us to access a third-party system without clear written permission from the owner.
4. Safe testing boundary
We start with public, normal-user behavior unless a deeper scope is agreed in writing. Do not send secrets, admin credentials, payment keys, private customer data, or production database exports unless we explicitly agree they are necessary and safe to handle.
5. Pricing and payment
The current beta may include a free fit check, limited $19.99 signal checks, and $49.99 beta launch checks. Later published prices may start at $99.99 for the full manual launch-readiness report. Payment details are agreed by email before work starts because the current site does not collect payment directly.
6. Refunds
If payment has been made and work has not started, you can request a refund. Once manual review work has started or a report has been delivered, refunds are handled case by case.
7. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for backups, code changes, deployment decisions, legal compliance, customer communication, and any fixes you choose to apply. You should test changes before shipping them.
8. Reports and confidentiality
Reports are intended for you and your team. We will not publish your app details, private findings, screenshots, credentials, or submitted notes without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibe Launch Check is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost profit damages arising from use of the service. The beta service is provided with practical care, but without a guarantee of a perfect or complete finding set.
