1. Who to contact
Vibe Launch Check is operated as a manual beta service. For privacy questions, access requests, correction requests, or deletion requests, contact [email protected].
2. What the site collects
The current static site does not create user accounts, collect payments, run analytics, or submit form data to a backend. The intake form builds a local email draft on your device.
If you email us, we may receive the app URL, contact details, stack, launch goal, notes, screenshots, and other context you choose to send. Cloudflare may process basic technical request data needed to serve and protect the site.
3. How we use information
We use submitted information to reply, decide whether the app fits the beta, perform an agreed launch-readiness review, prepare a report, maintain records, protect the service, and improve the checklist.
4. What not to send first
Do not send secrets, admin credentials, payment keys, private customer data, production database exports, or sensitive legal/medical/financial data unless a specific handling plan is agreed first.
5. Service providers
The current beta uses Cloudflare for DNS and static hosting and Zoho Mail EU for email. If a review requires additional tooling, we agree the scope before sending private app material to any third-party tool.
6. Retention
We keep beta emails, reports, and working notes only as long as needed to deliver the review, handle follow-up, preserve business records, and improve the service. You can request deletion of non-essential records.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to use of personal data. Email us and we will handle the request as practically and promptly as possible.
8. No sale of personal data
We do not sell personal data. We do not use the current site for ad targeting or cross-site tracking.
9. Changes
This policy will be updated before adding accounts, payments, analytics, automated uploads, or any new data collection that changes the current beta boundary.
